The access to the party is for youthful, maximum around 50, open, bohemian, kind and intelligent guests those who are looking for an exciting and quality swinger experience in a private house party.

The average age of the participants is 35-40 years, most of them are already routine and active couples. 

 It's perfect opportunity for beginner or with little swinger experience COUPLES to take the first steps and take new Experiences!

We can accommodate only 20 guests in 2-3 bed rooms !

All the necessary accessories (towels, condoms, lube, massage bed, massage oil, sex toys, wipes, bed linen) are also provided; in the spa we prepare men's and women's shower gel, female intimate cleanser, mouthwash and hair dryer.
