<sub>Early bird rates apply until the 31st of December 2021, after which, rates will increase. You can pay for this vacation with rates payable over 4 easy to handle instalments as outlined below.

The organisers and management of this event reserves the right to remove from the property without any form of refund any guests who misbehave or do not abide by the rules and behaviour normally expected at such events.</sub>

 

4 Easy Payment instalments:

1. A deposit of 20% on booking and reservation confirmation.
2. A second payment of 30% by the 10th January 2022
3. Third payment of 30% by the 1st March 2022
4. Final payment of 20% by the 31st May 2022

 

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your booking, please send us an email to travel@spicymatch.com requesting the cancellation of your booking according to the following policy:

• Cancellations 66 days or more prior to event commencement date will incur in a €200.00 processing fee penalty.
• Cancellations 65-32 days prior to event commencement date will incur a penalty to the value of 3 nights accommodation.
• Cancellations made 31 days prior to event commencement date: NO REFUND
• No shows receive NO REFUND and the room is no longer available after arrival day.
